Copywriter with a cognitive-science backbone
My writing draws on how people perceive, decide, and act. An MFA in Writing for Digital Media and a BA in Theatre and Cognitive Science let me pair behavioral insight with the rigor that regulated content demands, so the words hold up in a legal review and a usability test.
For 14+ years, I have led content for insurance, health, and SaaS products, including UX copy used by 12M+ people. I work alongside compliance teams, legal reviewers, and product designers to make regulated experiences feel human without losing precision.
